Golden Years Health Plans (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, you give us your name, email address, and (if you choose) your phone number and a message. The form sends this information to us by email so that we can respond to your inquiry. The website does not keep a copy of your form submission.
We use this information only to answer your questions and to help you with Medicare or insurance options you ask us about. We do not sell your personal information. If you call or email us directly, we use what you share in the same way.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Our security software (Wordfence) uses this information, and may set a cookie, to protect the site from attacks and spam. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used for advertising.
- Spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device for that purpose. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Videos. Our videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies or collect information when you play a video. See Google’s privacy policy.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run this website: a web hosting provider, an email delivery service that carries contact-form messages to our inbox, and Cloudflare for spam protection. They process information only to provide these services to us.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us using the details below. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the date at the top.
